Moxie Brokerage ApS (“Moxie Brokerage,” “we,” “us”) operates www.moxiebrokerage.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect: the only personal data we collect through this website is the email address you submit via the “Get Access” button. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or postal addresses through the site, and the site has no account system, shopping cart, or checkout.
Why we collect it: to grant you access to the requested content or service and to contact you about it. This is processed on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form.
How we use it: your email address is stored so we can respond to your request and follow up with relevant information about Moxie Brokerage’s services. We do not sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who processes it: your submission is handled through our website’s form infrastructure (Framer). We do not use a separate third-party CRM or mailing list tool at this time.
Retention: we keep your email address for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a reasonable business record, and you can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
Your rights: under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk) if you believe your rights have been violated.
